How do I reset my password?

Follow the steps outlined below to reset your password 

 

cDemo stores passwords encrypted so we are not able to provide existing passwords.  To change your password, whether you've forgotten it, or simply want to update it for security reasons, follow the steps below:

1. If logged in to cDemo, log out.
2. On the login page, click "Forgot Password."

3. If you don't see the form that appears towards the bottom, scroll down and enter your username.
4. Click Submit.  Once you click submit, a message will display indicating an email has been sent to complete the PW reset process. 

If there is a problem with the username, it will alert you with a message indicating the user does not exist.  Keep in mind the usernames are case sensitive so if the username is "Lana" for example, entering "lana" would generate an error message which states the user does not exist.  If you are having problems remembering your cDemo username, please contact support@cdemo.zendesk.com and we'll be able to provide that for you.  cDemo Support can assist if you're having problems remembering your username, but not when a password has been lost or forgotten.
